Shift Trading Administration

A schedule administrator can view the set of pending shift trades for any unit on the Schedule Card page.

Shift trade requests can be approved or denied from the following locations:

• Schedule Administrator role center

• Schedule Card page

• Shift Card page

To view pending shift trades

1. Choose , enter schedules, and then choose the related link.

   The Schedules page opens.

2. Select the schedule for which you want to view the pending shift trades, and then on the action bar, choose Manage > View.

   The Schedule Card page opens.

3. To view shifts that have a Status of Pending so you can focus on trades and any change requests, on the action bar, choose Filters > Pending.

   In Trade Request Entry No, you can view the transaction number of the shift trade requests and in Trade Request Status you can view whether the shift trade request status is Proposed or Accepted.

To approve a trade request from the Schedule Administrator role center

1. On the Schedule Administrator role center, in Activities, in Pending, choose the Trade Requests cue.

   The Trade Requests page opens.

2. Select the trade request that you want to approve, and then on the action bar, choose Approve Trade Request.

To deny a trade request from the Schedule Administrator role center

1. On the Schedule Administrator role center, in Activities, in Pending, choose the Trade Requests cue.

   The Trade Requests page opens.

2. Select the trade request that you want to deny, and then on the action bar, choose Deny Trade Request.

To approve a shift trade request from the Schedule Card page

1. Choose , enter schedules, and then choose the related link.

   The Schedules page opens.

2. Select the schedule for which you want to view the pending shift trades, and then on the action bar, choose Manage > View.

   The Schedule Card page opens.

3. To view shifts that have a Status of Pending so you can focus on trades and any change requests, on the action bar, choose Filters > Pending.

2. Select the shift for which you want to view the pending shift trades, and then on the action bar, choose Manage > View.

   The Shift Card page opens.

3. On the action bar, choose Change / Trades > Deny Trade Request.
