Set Up the Union Client ID
The client ID is used to report the Provincial plan policy holders. Policy holders are tracked through the Sparkrock 365 union functionality. The client ID is the policy holder number that is provided by the Ontario Teachers Insurance Plan (OTIP).
To set up the union client ID
Choose
, enter unions, and then choose the related link.The Unions page opens.
In Client ID, specify the client ID.
The values for the client ID are provided by OTIP in their HRIS spec for ELHT plan administration.
