View encumbrance entries

Sparkrock 365 provides the capability for you to view encumbrance entries and the respective documents.

To view encumbrance entries

Choose , enter encumbrance entries, and then choose the related link.

The Encumbrance Entries page opens.
(Optional) To view the respective document for an entry, select the entry for which you want to view the respective document, and then on the action bar, choose View Document.
(Optional) To view the detailed encumbrance entries for an entry, select the entry for which you want to view the respective detailed encumbrance entries, and then on the action bar, choose Detailed Encumbrance Entries.
