Mass create HR employee tasks
To mass create HR employee tasks, you must properly configure HR jobs that are related to HR positions. At a minimum, create a primary HR job and connect the job to all HR positions. Otherwise, the processing report that creates all the HR requests for a rate increase fails to generate entries.
To mass create employee tasks
Choose , enter mass create hr employee tasks, and then choose the related link.
The Mass Create HR Employee Tasks page opens.
In HR Task Type Code, specify the HR task that you want to mass assign to employees.
In Due Date, specify the date when the task is due.
In Assignment Selection, specify one of the following options:
Primary Assignment: The HR task is only created for the primary assignment as of the due date.
All Active Assignments: The HR task is created for all assignments that are active as of the due date.
(Optional) To filter on a particular employee or HR position, specify filters.
Choose OK.
