Set Up Payroll Event Codes
On the Payroll Event Codes page, payroll events can be set up manually. Alternatively, the Payroll Event Codes page can be automatically set up from the Procedure Events page when a user chooses to send events to Primo Payday. For more information, see Send Payroll Procedure Events to Primo Payday.
As required, you can delete the payroll event codes that you do not want.
To create a payroll event code manually
Choose , enter payroll menu, and then choose the related link.
The Full Payroll Menu page opens.
In the Setup Groups section, choose Additional Setups > Event Codes.
The Payroll Event Codes page opens.
On the action bar, choose New.
A new row appears.
In Code, specify the code that represents the payroll event that you want to set up.
In Description, specify a description for the code.
To edit a payroll event code
Choose , enter payroll menu, and then choose the related link.
The Full Payroll Menu page opens.
In the Setup Groups section, choose Additional Setups > Event Codes.
The Payroll Event Codes page opens.
On the action bar, choose Edit List.
All fields are now editable.
As required, change the values of fields.
To delete a payroll event code
Choose , enter payroll menu, and then choose the related link.
The Full Payroll Menu page opens.
In the Setup Groups section, choose Additional Setups > Event Codes.
The Payroll Event Codes page opens.
Select the payroll event code that you want to delete, and then on the action bar, chose Delete.
A dialog box appears that displays the following text:
Go ahead and delete?
To proceed with deleting the selected payroll event code, choose Yes.
Sparkrock 365 deletes the selected payroll event code.
