mySparkrock
mySparkrock is a portal that simplifies access to key data. It provides employees with access to documents, calendars, and other information about their organization. Also, it provides access to personal information for employees and managers. mySparkrock places the power of Sparkrock 365 in the hands of your organization's users.
Employees
For employees, mySparkrock provides access to perform the following tasks:
Access their personal information directly.
View available training events and request enrollment.
Understand the status of their qualifications, such as expired or an expiring qualification.
View outstanding tasks and complete them online.
Access benefit plan details online.
View pay stubs.
View tax forms.
Understand terms and payroll details.
Complete, and then submit time sheets for themselves or performing data entry for others.
Review and manage their schedules and shifts and confirm worked shifts for payroll input.
Enter and submit expense claims.
View vacation balances.
Enter and submit time off requests.
Managers
For managers, in addition to their own personal information, mySparkrock provides access to pending appraisals, time entry and time off approvals, selected personal information, and vacation balances for their team members.
Scheduling
For employee scheduling, unit supervisors can review and adjust their unit schedules and approve completed shifts to be paid.
Access to data
The mySparkrock configuration that best suits your organization can be defined. For example, employees can be provided with a wide variety of self-service tools and options for managing their own data and for submitting requests. Also, as required based on the standards or preferences within your organization, employee access to specific data can be limited to view only or not visible at all.
