Close a harassment complaint
During the harassment complaint process, you can provide the resolution details when the complaint is closed.
To close a harassment complaint
Choose , enter harassment complaints, and then choose the related link.
The Harassment Complaints page opens.
On the action bar, choose Edit List.
For the record that you want to close, in Status, specify Closed.
In Resolution Reached Date, specify the date on which a resolution was reached.
In Compl. Investig. Closed Date, specify the date on which the investigation was completed.
In Resolution Method, specify the method by which a resolution was reached.

In Brief Descr. of Resolution, specify the details for the resolution that was reached.
