Load lines into the British Columbia (BC) pay transparency worksheet

Sparkrock 365 provides the capability for you to load British Columbia (BC) pay transparency data that is stored in Sparkrock 365 into the British Columbia pay transparency worksheet, and then view the data. In the worksheet, you can verify the data, and then create a file to submit to the BC government.

To load lines into the British Columbia pay transparency worksheet

  1. Choose Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature., enter british columbia pay transparency worksheet, and then choose the related link.

    The British Columbia Pay Transparency Worksheet page opens.

  2. On the action bar, choose Load Lines.

    If there is existing data on the British Columbia Pay Transparency Worksheet page, a dialog box appears that displays the following text:

    Already existing data from worksheet will be deleted. Do you want to continue?

    To continue, choose Yes.

    The British Columbia Pay Transparency Report Load Lines page opens.

  3. In Reporting Period, specify a date range to indicate the reporting period for which you want data to appear in the worksheet.

  4. Choose OK.
