Contracts
Sparkrock 365 includes contracts functionality that provides the capability for you to create and manage contracts. To add and track specific information for your organization, you can specify attributes.

The number series that is used to populate the No. field must be created before you add or work with contracts. For more information, see Create Number Series.
To view contracts
Choose
, enter contracts, and then choose the related link.
The Contracts page opens.
To view the details for a contract, select the contract for which you want to view the details, and then on the action bar, choose Manage > View.
The Contract Card page opens.
To create a contract
Choose
, enter contracts, and then choose the related link.
The Contracts page opens.
On the action bar, choose New.
The Contract Card page opens.
Specify values as required.
Filtering contracts
Contracts can have one of the following statuses:
Planning
Open
In-Contract
Completed
Closed
Contracts with the status of Planning, Open, and In-Contract are considered active. Contracts with the status of Completed or Closed are considered inactive.
To filter the contracts list
Choose
, enter contracts, and then choose the related link.
The Contracts page opens.
Perform one of the following steps:
To view only active contracts, on the action bar, choose Filters > Show Active Only.
To view only inactive contracts, on the action bar, choose Filters > Show Inactive Only.
Contract attachments
You can add attachments to a contract.
To add attachments to a contract
Choose
, enter contracts, and then choose the related link.
The Contracts page opens.
Select the contract to which you want to attach a file, and then on the action bar, choose Home > Attachments.
The Attached Documents page opens.
Depending on whether there are existing attachments, perform one of the following steps:
If there are no existing attachments, in the Attachment column, choose Select File….
If there are existing attachments, to add a line, on the action bar, choose New, and then choose Select File….
An Attach a document dialog box appears.
Choose Choose….
Browse to the file that you want to attach, and then choose Open.
To view the contents of an existing attached file
Choose
, enter contracts, and then choose the related link.
The Contracts page opens.
Select the contract for which you want to view an attachment, and then on the action bar, choose Home > Attachments.
The Attached Documents page opens.
Select the attachment that you want to view, and then on the action bar, choose Preview.
To delete an attachment
Choose
, enter contracts, and then choose the related link.
The Contracts page opens.
Select the contract for which you want to delete an attachment, and then on the action bar, choose Home > Attachments.
The Attached Documents page opens.
On the action bar, choose Manage > Delete.
