Copy reporting and analytics mySparkrock users and profiles

To eliminate the need to support multiple financial analysis solutions, Sparkrock plans to retire the Reporting and Analytics extension in 2025. Sparkrock will communicate more details regarding timing as soon as that information becomes available. Sparkrock recommends that you start using the Financial Analysis extension before 2025. To save time, a reporting and analytics administrator can copy reporting and analytics mySparkrock users and profiles. For more information about reporting and analytics administrators, see Set Up a Reporting and Analytics Administrator.

To copy reporting and analytics mySparkrock users and profiles

  1. Choose Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature., enter reporting and analytics reports, and then choose the related link.

    The Reporting and Analytics Reports page opens.

  2. Select the reporting and analytics report for which you want to copy users and profiles, and then on the action bar, choose Actions > Functions > Copy Reporting and Analytics Users and Profiles.

  3. In To Reporting and Analytics Name, specify the name of the reporting and analytics report to which you want to copy users and profiles.

  4. To specify that you want to replace profiles in the to reporting and analytics report with profiles from the source reporting and analytics report, turn on Replace Existing Profiles.

  5. To specify that you want to add profiles from the source reporting and analytics report to the to reporting and analytics report, turn on Add to Existing Profiles.

  6. To specify that you want to replace the user setup in the to reporting and analytics report with the user setup from the source reporting and analytics report, turn on Replace Existing User Setup.

  7. To specify that you want to add the user setup from the source reporting and analytics report to the to reporting and analytics report, turn on Add to Existing User Setup.
