Set up a British Columbia certification for an employee association
After you have set up British Columbia certifications, you can associate the certifications with employee associations.
To set up a British Columbia certification for an employee association
Choose , enter employee associations, and then choose the related link.
The Employee Associations page opens.
On the row of the employee association for which you want to add British Columbia certification information, perform the following steps:
- In Certificate ID, specify the ID of the certificate that you want to associate with this employee association.
When you specify a Certificate ID, Sparkrock 365 automatically populates the Certificate Type and EDAS Code fields.
- In Category, specify the Teacher Qualification Service (TQS) category of the certification.
- (Optional) To add an attachment, on the action bar, perform the following steps:
- Choose Attachments.
The Attached Documents page opens.
- Depending on whether there are existing attachments, perform one of the following steps:
- If there are no existing attachments, in the Attachment column, choose Attach File(s)….
- If there are existing attachments, to add a line, on the action bar, choose New, and then choose Attach File(s)….
An Attach a document dialog box appears.
- Drop a file in the box. Alternatively, browse to the file that you want to attach, and then choose Open.
- Choose Attachments.
- In Certificate ID, specify the ID of the certificate that you want to associate with this employee association.
