Set up British Columbia certifications
Sparkrock 365 provides the capability for you to register employee certifications for Employment Data & Analysis System (EDAS) reporting. The functionality supports registering certification data for the Teacher Regulation Branch (TRB) and Teacher Qualification Service (TQS).
After you have set up British Columbia certifications, you can associate the certifications with employee associations.
To create a British Columbia certification
Choose , enter british columbia certifications, and then choose the related link.
The British Columbia Certifications page opens.
On the action bar, choose New.
A new row appears.
Sparkrock 365 automatically populates the Certificate ID field.
In Certificate Group, specify the group of the certification.
In Certificate Term, specify the term of the certification.
In Certificate Type, specify the type of the certification.
In EDAS Code, specify the EDAS code of the certification.
To edit a British Columbia certification
Choose , enter british columbia certifications, and then choose the related link.
The British Columbia Certifications page opens.
On the action bar, choose Edit List.
Make changes as required.
To delete a British Columbia certification
Choose , enter british columbia certifications, and then choose the related link.
The British Columbia Certifications page opens.
Select the certification that you want to delete, and then on the action bar, choose Delete.
A dialog box appears that displays the following text:
Go ahead and delete?
To proceed, choose Yes.
