Delete detailed encumbrance entries
As required, you can delete detailed encumbrance entries that are no longer needed.
To delete detailed encumbrance entries
Choose
, enter delete detailed encumbrance entries, and then choose the related link.The Delete Detailed Encumbrance Entries page opens.
Specify filters as required.
Choose OK.
A dialog box appears that displays the following text:
All entries within the filter for archived or deleted PO will be removed from the Detailed Encumbrance Entry table. Do you want to proceed?
Choose Yes.
