British Columbia pension adjustments
If required, you can manually adjust British Columbia pension report data before creating the British Columbia pension report.
Data for the following fields can be edited directly on the British Columbia Pension Report Worksheet page:
- Pensionable Salary
- Pensionable Service
- Contributory Service
- Contributions
- Employee Contributions
- Employer Contributions
After making manual adjustments, you must process the lines to have the changes appear on the British Columbia Pension Adjustments page and British Columbia Pension report.
To manually adjust British Columbia pension report data
Choose
, enter british columbia pension report worksheet, and then choose the related link.
The British Columbia Pension Report Worksheet page opens.
On the action bar, choose Load Lines.
If there is existing data on the British Columbia Pension Report Worksheet page, a dialog box appears that displays the following text:
Already existing data from worksheet will be deleted. Do you want to continue?
To continue, choose Yes.
The British Columbia Pension Reporting Load Lines page opens.
In Pay Periods, specify the one or more HR pay cycle periods for which you want data to appear in the worksheet.
In Pension Report Type, specify Pension by Pay Period.
Tip
Tip:
You cannot modify lines when you specify Pension Summary for Pension Report Type.In British Columbia Pension Plan, specify MPP - Municipal Pension Plan or TPP - Teachers Pension Plan.
(Optional) To only show pension data in the worksheet for a specific employee, in Employee No., specify the number that represents the employee.
(Optional) In HR Department, specify the one or more HR department codes that Sparkrock 365 is to filter assignment entries by when loading lines into the British Columbia pension report worksheet.
Choose OK.
Records are loaded into the worksheet.
As required, manually adjust the following fields on worksheet lines:
- Pensionable Salary
- Pensionable Service
- Contributory Service
- Contributions
- Employee Contributions
- Employer Contributions
When manual changes are made to a line, Sparkrock 365 clears the Is Processed checkbox for that line to inform users about manually adjusted lines.
To have the changes appear on the British Columbia Pension report, on the action bar, choose Process.
When a line is processed, Sparkrock 365 selects the Is Processed checkbox for that line and updates the records that appear on the British Columbia Pension Adjustments page.
View British Columbia pension adjustments
On the British Columbia Pension Adjustments page, you can view the British Columbia Pension report records for which a user has manually adjusted the data.

Choose , enter british columbia pension adjustments, and then choose the related link.
The British Columbia Pension Adjustments page opens.
Delete British Columbia pension adjustments
If required, you can delete British Columbia pension adjustments.
To delete British Columbia pension adjustments
Choose
, enter british columbia pension adjustments, and then choose the related link.
The British Columbia Pension Adjustments page opens.
Select the one or more records that you want to delete, and then on the action bar, choose Manage > Delete.
