Set Up Email Notifications for Processed HR Requests
Sparkrock 365 includes the capability for users to receive email notifications about processed HR requests. Before users can receive email notifications about processed HR requests, you must perform the necessary setup. After you complete the setup and a user processes all steps for an HR request, Sparkrock 365 sends an email notification to the creator of the HR request.
To set up email notifications for processed hr requests
Ensure that you have completed the necessary email setup.

Choose , enter user setup, and then choose the related link.
The User Setup page opens.
On the row of the user for which you want the user to receive email notifications for processed HR requests that the user created, perform the following steps:
- Select the Receive Notifications for Processed HR Requests checkbox.
- In the E-Mail field, ensure that a valid email address exists for the user.
Choose , enter hr reason codes, and then choose the related link.
The HR Reason Codes page opens.
On the row of the HR reason for which you want Sparkrock 365 to send email notifications for processed HR requests that the user created, select the Send Notifications for Processed HR Requests checkbox.
