Transfer Attachment Files from Azure Blob Storage to Sparkrock 365 Default Storage
If required, you can transfer all attachment files from Azure Blob storage to Sparkrock 365 default storage.
To transfer Azure Blob storage files to Sparkrock 365 default storage
Choose , enter azure blob storage setup, and then choose the related link.
The Azure Blob Storage Setup page opens.
Ensure that Azure Blob Storage is turned off.
On the action bar, choose Actions > Transfer files to Sparkrock 365.
A dialog box appears that displays the following text:
Sparkrock 365 is about to transfer all attachment files from Azure Blob storage to Sparkrock 365 default storage. The transfer time may vary depending on data size and internet speed. Are you sure you want to proceed?
To proceed, choose Yes.
Sparkrock 365 runs the SRP Upload Files To ABS job and a notification message appears that indicates the transfer is in progress.
To view the Status of the job or to see whether the job has completed successfully, select the Job Queue Entries or Job Queue Log Entries links that appear in the notification message.
If an SRP Upload Files To ABS job is running, you must wait for that job to finish before starting a new upload.
