Copy a pay grid
When setting up pay grids, to save time, you can copy a pay grid, and then update pay grid details as necessary.
To copy a pay grid
Choose
, enter pay grids, and then choose the related link.The Pay Grids page opens.
Select the pay grid that you want to copy, and then on the action bar choose Copy.
The Copy Pay Grid page opens.
In New Effective Date, specify the effective date of this pay grid.
Specify values for other fields as required.
