Collective agreement and grievance management
Sparkrock 365 includes functionality that can help you with documenting collective agreements as well as grievance recording and tracking.
Before collective agreements can be created and employee grievances can be recorded and tracked, some setup is required. For more information about how to set up collective agreement and grievance management, see Set up collective agreement and grievance management.
