View a harassment complaints overview by category
You can view a harassment complaints overview grouped by the complaint category. This overview is useful to track the types of complaints that individuals report in specific periods for determining where preventative measures can be researched and applied.
To view a harassment complaints overview by category
Choose , enter harassment complaints, and then choose the related link.
The Harassment Complaints page opens.
On the action bar, choose Overview by Categories.
The Harassment Overview by Type page opens.
To view a specific employee’s complaint filing record, in Employee No. Filter, specify the number that represents the employee.
To display the full column name details, turn on Show Column Name.
In Complaint Number Type, specify whether you want the complaints displayed by net change or by the balance at the current date.
To view other harassment types that have been set up, choose Previous Set and Next Set.
In the Matrix Options section, to specify the period for which the complaints are displayed, in View by, specify the period.
To open the details for a complaint for a specific period, select the link that appears for the respective value in the matrix.
The Harassment Complaints page opens and displays the details for the complaint.
To return to the Harassment Overview by Type page, choose .
