Set Up Absence Top Ups
To compensate an employee for earnings that are lost while the employee is on leave, some employers provide a top up.
Sparkrock 365 supports the following top up modes:
Hours/Percent Based: Top ups are based on hours or percentages. An hours or percent based top up occurs each time an employee records an absence that is paid at less than 100%.
Occurrence/Credit Based: Top ups are based on top up credits. A credit based absence top up uses a credit each time an employee records an absence that is paid at less than 100%. The credit tops up the employee's pay to 100%. Employees can be set up to receive a set amount of top up credits each attendance year.

During Sparkrock 365 implementation, you must decide which mode that you want to use. Only one mode can be used in an environment.
