Set up a qualification code

You can set up qualification codes to represent the qualifications that are required for positions with your organization.

To set up a qualifications code

Choose , enter qualifications, and then choose the related link.

The Qualifications page opens.
On the action bar, choose New.

A new row appears.
In Code, specify a code to represent the qualification, for example, CPR.
In Description, specify a description of the qualification.
In Class, specify the type of qualification.

The No. Qualified to Instruct field specifies the number of people in the organization, including applicants that are qualified to instruct this particular course or training. This field is automatically populated based on the information that is pulled from employee and applicant records.
To make this qualification available to mySparkrock users, select the Available on mySparkrock checkbox.
To include this qualification in the export for attendance management, select the Attendance Skill Export checkbox.
