Set Up T4 Box Mapping
Sparkrock 365 provides the capability for you to configure T4 box mapping.
To set up T4 box mapping
Choose
, enter official payroll reports, and then choose the related link.The Official Payroll Reports page opens.
Select the T4 line, and then on the action bar, choose Lines.
The Official Payroll Report Details page opens.
Find the box that you want to set up, for example, Union Dues, and then in Report Layout Group, choose
.The Payroll Report Layout Groups page opens.
On the action bar, choose Payroll Codes.
The Payroll Report Layout Group Codes page opens.
On the action bar, choose Suggest Payroll Codes.
A dialog box opens.
Select the payroll code type that represents the data that you want to appear in the selected T4 Box.
