Hide employee benefits information from managers in mySparkrock
Sparkrock 365 provides the capability for you to control whether employee benefits information is hidden from managers in mySparkrock. When this feature is enabled, the Admin and Benefits section on the Employee Profile page is hidden. Alternatively, when this feature is disabled, the Admin and Benefits section is visible.

To have employee benefits information hidden from managers in mySparkrock
Choose
, enter advanced hr setup, and then choose the related link.
The Advanced HR Setup page opens.
On the External Setup FastTab, turn on Hide Benefits from Managers.
To have employee benefits information appear for managers in mySparkrock
Choose
, enter advanced hr setup, and then choose the related link.
The Advanced HR Setup page opens.
On the External Setup FastTab, turn off Hide Benefits from Managers.
