    The Human Resources Setup page defines how the HR team and employees and managers through mySparkrock interact and use the HR management tools to record and track HR related issues and employee related items.

    To set up the Human Resources Setup page

    1. Choose Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature., enter human resources setup, and then choose the related link.

      The Human Resources Setup page opens.

    2. In Employee Nos., specify the code for the number series that is to be used to assign numbers to employees, applicants, job requisitions, and incident numbers for health and safety issues.

    3. In Base Unit of Measure, specify the unit of measure that is to be used to measure employee absences.
