Export reporting and analytics data to Excel

To eliminate the need to support multiple financial analysis solutions, Sparkrock plans to retire the Reporting and Analytics extension in 2025. Sparkrock will communicate more details regarding timing as soon as that information becomes available. Sparkrock recommends that you start using the Financial Analysis extension before 2025. For more information, see Financial Analysis.
If required, you can export reporting and analytics data to Excel. The exported data includes the underlying detailed entries that comprise the amounts that are displayed on the Reporting and Analytics Report Overview page, on the Reporting and Analytics Matrix. The exported data does not include the information that is displayed on the Reporting and Analytics Matrix, however, you can print this information. For posted payroll data to be included in the export, the user who exports the data must be set up on the Payroll Setup page, on the Payroll Users Setup FastTab, and be set up to access posted payroll data.
To export reporting and analytics data to Excel
Choose
, enter reporting and analytics reports, and then choose the related link.The Reporting and Analytics Reports page opens.
Select the reporting and analytics report for which you want to export data to Excel, and then on the action bar, choose Overview.
The Reporting and Analytics Report Overview page opens.
On the action bar, choose Report > Export to Excel (Data Only).
The report is rendered, and then placed in the Downloads folder of your PC.
