Perform a financial analysis

Sparkrock 365 provides the capability for you to compare in real-time budget versus actual financial information. You can view variances or differences, and then drill down to the underlying records.

To perform a financial analysis

  1. Choose Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature., enter financial analysis, and then choose the related link.

    The Financial Analysis page opens.

  2. In Data Set, specify the data set for which you want to perform a financial analysis.

    For more information about data sets, see Create a Financial Analysis Data Set.

  3. As required, specify filters.

  4. Choose View Data.

  5. To drill down to view the one or more underlying records for a field, select the hyperlink that appears for the value.
