Export T4A data to an XML file
To meet Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) reporting requirements, Sparkrock 365 provides the capability for you to export T4A data to an XML file.
The data that appears within the T4A XML file is based on the criteria that you specify when performing the export and the data that appears on the T4A Posted Purchase Invoice Lines and T4A Posted Purchase Cr. Memo Lines pages.
To export T4A data to an XML file
Choose
, enter export t4a to xml, and then choose the related link.The Export T4A To XML page opens.
Specify values for fields as required, and then choose OK.
A dialog box appears that displays the following text:
Do you want to create XML file?
To proceed, choose Yes.
Sparkrock 365 creates, and then places the file in your browser's downloads folder.
