Set Up mySparkrock User Account Sets
To filter the list of account sets that a mySparkrock user can add on purchase requisitions, payment requests, and expense claims, you can set up mySparkrock user account sets. For example, consider a scenario where accounts sets A, B, C, and D exist and you want to restrict a mySparkrock user from using account set C. On the mySparkrock User Account Sets page, you would set up account sets A, B, and D.

To set up mySparkrock user account sets
Choose , enter mysparkrock user setups, and then choose the related link.
The mySparkrock User Setups page opens.
Select the mySparkrock user for which you want to set up account sets, and then on the action bar, choose mySparkrock User > User Account Sets.
The mySparkrock User Account Sets page opens.
In Account Set Code, specify the applicable account sets for this employee.
