Mass remove company access from mySparkrock users
If you have a multiple company setup, as required, you can mass remove company access from mySparkrock users.
Important
Important:
When you remove company access from a mySparkrock user, you remove all user configuration data for the specified company.
To mass remove company access from multiple mySparkrock users
Choose
, enter mysparkrock users, and then choose the related link.The mySparkrock Users page opens.
Select the mySparkrock users from which you want to remove company access, and then on the action bar, choose Remove Company Access.
The Remove Company Access page opens.
In Company Name, specify the company for which you want to remove company access from mySparkrock users.
Choose OK.
A dialog box appears and displays the following text:
You are about to remove all mySparkrock user configuration data for this company for the one or more selected users. Are you sure you want to continue?
Choose Yes.
