Set Up Harassment Resolution Methods
When an employee reports a harassment complaint, you can record the details of the resolution in Sparkrock 365. This information is useful for managing and resolving future complaints as well as determining effective processes for reducing harassment in your organization.
Before you can assign a harassment resolution method to a harassment complaint record, you must set up harassment resolution methods.
To set up harassment resolution methods
Choose , enter harassment resolution methods, and then choose the related link.
The Harassment Resolution Methods page opens.
For each harassment resolution method that you want to set up, perform the following steps:
- On the action bar, choose New.
- In Code, specify a code to represent the harassment resolution method that you use within your organization.
- In Name, specify a description for the harassment resolution method.
For example, offending individual suspended and registered for sensitivity training.
