Set Up Multiple Employee Bank Accounts
If an employee has multiple bank accounts, you must set up a payroll code with a direct deposit code for each account.
To set up multiple employee bank accounts
Choose , enter payroll setup, and then choose the related link.
The Payroll Setup page opens.
On the Payroll Code Setup FastTab, in 100% of Net Earnings Direct Deposit Code, specify the direct deposit code.
Choose , enter payroll calculations, and then choose the related link.
The Payroll Calculations page opens.
On the action bar, choose New.
A new row appears.
In Code, specify the direct deposit code.
On the action bar, choose Setup > Lines.
The Payroll Calculation Lines page opens.
In Type, specify Direct Deposit.
Ensure that the Payroll Code field is blank.
In Amount Type, specify Formula.
In Formula, specify EMPLOYEE REGULAR RATE.
In Formula ID, specify 1.
In Calculation Sorting No., specify 0.
