Set up an HR task to capture gender information in mySparkrock for British Columbia (BC) pay transparency reporting
On the HR Task Types page, you can set up an HR task to capture gender information in mySparkrock for British Columbia (BC) pay transparency reporting.
To indicate that a task is related to British Columbia pay transparency reporting, you must select the Capture Gender Info. checkbox for the respective task.

The Capture Gender Info. field only appears when on the Advanced HR Setup page, Track Gender and Sex Classification is turned on.
When the Capture Gender Info. checkbox is selected, Sparkrock 365 prevents you from selecting the Capture User Amount and Confidential checkboxes. Alternatively, when the Capture User Amount or the Confidential checkboxes are selected, Sparkrock 365 prevents you from selecting the Capture Gender Info. checkbox.
After you have selected the Capture Gender Info. checkbox for a task, you can create HR employee tasks that prompt employees in mySparkrock to voluntarily provide their gender, gender classification, and sex classification information.
