Set Up mySparkrock User Profiles for a Reporting and Analytics Report

To eliminate the need to support multiple financial analysis solutions, Sparkrock plans to retire the Reporting and Analytics extension in 2025. Sparkrock will communicate more details regarding timing as soon as that information becomes available. Sparkrock recommends that you start using the Financial Analysis extension before 2025. You can define which mySparkrock user profiles can access a reporting and analytics report from a department manager role center. mySparkrock user profiles can be granted access to multiple reporting and analytics reports.
The following methods can be used to grant mySparkrock user profiles access to reporting and analytics reports:
Grant one or more mySparkrock user profiles access to a reporting and analytics report
Grant a mySparkrock user profile access to one or more reporting and analytics reports
Copy mySparkrock user profile access from an existing report
To grant one or more mySparkrock user profiles access to a reporting and analytics report
Choose , enter reporting and analytics reports, and then choose the related link.
The Reporting and Analytics Reports page opens.
Select the reporting and analytics report for which you want to grant access to one or more mySparkrock user profiles, and then on the action bar, choose Profiles.
The mySparkrock Profile Reports page opens.
For each mySparkrock user profile that you want to grant access to a reporting and analytics report, perform the following steps:
- On a new row, in mySparkrock User Profile Code, specify the code that represents the mySparkrock user profile that you want to grant access to the reporting and analytics report.
To create a row, on the action bar, choose New. - (Optional) To grant access for a limited time, in Access Start Date and Access End Date, specify a start and end date.
- On a new row, in mySparkrock User Profile Code, specify the code that represents the mySparkrock user profile that you want to grant access to the reporting and analytics report.
To grant a mySparkrock user profile access to one or more reporting and analytics reports
Choose , enter mysparkrock user profiles, and then choose the related link.
The mySparkrock User Profiles page opens.
Select the mySparkrock user profile for which you want to grant access to one or more reporting and analytics reports, and then on the action bar, choose mySparkrock Profile > Reporting and Analytics.
The mySparkrock Profile Reports page opens.
For each reporting and analytics report that you want to grant access to the mySparkrock user profile, perform the following steps:
- On a new row, in Report and Analytics Name, specify the name of the reporting and analytics report to which you want to grant access to the mySparkrock user profile.
To create a row, on the action bar, choose New. - (Optional) To grant access for a limited time, in Access Start Date and Access End Date, specify a start and end date.
- On a new row, in Report and Analytics Name, specify the name of the reporting and analytics report to which you want to grant access to the mySparkrock user profile.
Copy mySparkrock user profiles from an existing report
