    The Sparkrock 365 finance approval functionality enhances the Business Central approval workflows functionality. The Sparkrock 365 finance approval functionality supports the following options for request approvals, which can be used individually or in combination:

    • Amount based approvals, with multiple levels of approve possible at different amount thresholds.

    • Over budget approvals, which are triggered when a request depletes the budget that is linked to the account set, dimensions, general ledger account, or all.

    • Direct approvals, where an employee's direct manager or an approval group for finance approval purposes is specified on the mySparkrock User Setup Card page.

    Sparkrock 365 supports dimension approval workflows that can be grouped into the following functional areas:

    • Finance requests, which include:

      • Purchase requisitions
      • Payment requests
      • Expense claims
    • Purchase documents, which include:

      • Purchase orders
      • Purchase invoices
      • Purchase credit memos
