Set up all users to view approval entries

By default, only approval requesters, approvers, and approval administrators can view approval entries for documents. If required, you can set up Sparkrock 365 so that all users can view approval entries for documents.

To set up all users to view approval entries

  1. Choose Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature., enter general ledger setup, and then choose the related link.

    The General Ledger Setup page opens.

  2. Turn on View Approval Entries.
