Replace an approver

Sparkrock 365 provides the capability to update the approval groups, the mySparkrock user group, and requests to approve that are assigned to the current mySparkrock user with new user information. Also, you can specify an effective date to control when the replacement is to take effect.

To replace an approver

  1. Choose Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature., enter mysparkrock user setups, and then choose the related link.

  2. Select the user that you want to replace, and then on the action bar, choose Home > Replace User.

  3. In Replace with User, specify the mySparkrock user that is to replace the current user.

  4. To schedule the change to take effect on a future date, in Effective Date, specify the applicable date.

    If an Effective Date is not specified, the approver is replaced immediately.

  5. On the Replace On FastTab, specify which records that are assigned to the current user are to be updated with the new user information.

  6. Choose OK.
