Find mySparkrock approval information

Sparkrock 365 provides the capability for you to find the approval groups, mySparkrock user groups, and open approval entries in which a mySparkrock user is being used.

For approval groups, when the approval group line includes the Type of mySparkrock User, mySparkrock User Group, Position, or Position Class, the functionality displays the mySparkrock user.

For mySparkrock user groups, each user can have only one mySparkrock user group specified.

For approval entries, the approval entry must have the Status of Open or Created and be assigned to a mySparkrock user.

To find where mySparkrock approval information is used

  1. Choose Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature., enter mysparkrock user setups, and then choose the related link.

    The mySparkrock User Setups page opens.

  2. Select the user for which you want to use the Where-Used List action, and then on the action bar, choose Manage > Edit.

    The mySparkrock User Setup Card page opens.

  3. On the action bar, choose mySparkrock User > Where Used List.
