Create mySparkrock User Profiles
mySparkrock user profiles are used to manage dimensions and user security as well as reduce the effort that is required to manage multiple users. You can define several profiles. A single profile can be assigned to many users. If a change is required to the general security settings for those users, only the profile has to be updated. The settings for all employees who have been assigned that profile are updated automatically.
The profile that is assigned to a user determines the menu options the user sees and the security filters that are applied to the user in mySparkrock.
To create a mySparkrock user profile
Choose , enter mysparkrock user profiles, and then choose the related link.
The mySparkrock User Profiles page opens.
On the action bar, choose New.
The mySparkrock User Profile Card page opens.
In Code specify a code to represent the user profile.
In Description specify a description of the user profile.
Specify values for other fields as required.
No. of Users displays the number of mySparkrock users who are assigned this profile. When creating a profile, this number is zero. This field is updated automatically when users are assigned this profile.
