Set Up Non-union HR Positions
Before you create a ONE-T export file, set up all non-union benefit eligible positions under ONE-T.
To set up non-union HR positions
Choose , enter hr positions, and then choose the related link.
The HR Positions page opens.
For each non-union benefit eligible position, perform the following steps:
- Select the HR position record, and then choose Manage > Edit.
The HR Position Card page opens. - In the Default Union Code field, specify the union code that was set up previously during the Set Up Unions task.
- Turn on Benefit Eligible.
- In Member Plan, specify a value.
- Select the HR position record, and then choose Manage > Edit.
