Set Up Unions
If your employees are unionized, you can track the different unions that represent employees throughout your organization. After you set up the applicable unions, you can assign the appropriate union to the unionized employees. This functionality is useful when dealing with collective agreements and health and safety issues or incidents.
Also, if applicable, before you create a Ontario Non-Union Education Trust (ONE-T) export file, set up unions and assign the ONE-T Client ID to each union.
To create a union
Choose , enter unions, and then choose the related link.
The Unions page opens.
On the action bar, choose New.

Most unions have pre-defined codes. It is recommended that you use these pre-defined codes to maintain consistency.
In Name, specify the full name for the union.
In Phone No., if a general contact phone number exists, specify the number.
