Set up attendance plans
Attendance plans are sets of cause of absences with accrual and sequence details that are connected to a position and assigned to an employee. Attendance plans can be general or specific. Finding a balance between general and specific ensures that when an employee is hired, few details require editing to set up the employee correctly.
