Create an absence payout request
Sparkrock 365 provides the capability for you to create absence payout requests for various scenarios, such as vacation balances, employee resignations, and employee terminations.
To inform you about the available balance for an absence payout request, on the Payout Request page, Sparkrock 365 displays an Available Quantity field. Sparkrock 365 calculates this field automatically. How Sparkrock 365 determines the value of the Available Quantity field differs depending on whether the Role-Based Absences (RBA) feature is turned on. When the RBA feature is turned on, Sparkrock 365 determines the value of Available Quantity based on the respective employee attendance plan Ending Balance field for the HR employee assignment entry and the cause of absence. Alternatively, when the RBA feature is turned off, Sparkrock 365 determines the value of Available Quantity based on the respective employee attendance plan Ending Balance field and the cause of absence.
