View absence payout request approval comments

Approvers of absence requests can leave a comment. For example, an approver may leave a comment that explains why the approver denied the absence payout approval request.

To view absence payout request approval comments

  1. Choose Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature., enter payout requests, and then choose the related link.

    The Payout Requests page opens.

  2. Select the absence payout request for which you want to view the approval comments, and then on the action bar, choose View.

    The Payout Request page opens.

  3. On the action bar, choose Related > Approvals.

    The Payout Request Approval Entries page opens.

  4. Select the absence payout request for which you want to view the approval comments, and then on the action bar, choose Comments.

    The Approval Comments page opens and displays the respective approval comments.
