Set up a rollup position code for an HR position

To perform Employment Data and Analysis System (EDAS) reporting, you must set up rollup position codes for HR positions.

To set up a rollup position code for an HR position

  1. Choose Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature., enter hr positions, and then choose the related link.

    The HR Positions page opens.

  2. Select the HR position for which you want to set up a rollup position code for EDAS reporting, and then on the action bar, choose Manage > Edit.

    The HR Position Card page opens.

  3. In Rollup Position Code, specify the code that represents the rollup position for this HR position.
