Not applicable When the following setup exists, and then you process a new hire HR request, Sparkrock 365 does not automatically populate any records in the Annual Accrual Worksheet page:
  • On the Advanced HR Setup page, Role-Based Absences is turned on.
  • There are two or more absence requests where on the associated Cause of Absence Card page, Calculate Accrual is set to Calculate Annual Accrual.
  • On the respective Attendance Plan page, the associated cause of absence code records have a value that is greater than zero for Accrual Units.

Not applicable Sparkrock 365 is not calculating accrual amounts correctly when the following setup exists for a cause of absence:
  • Calculate Accrual is set to Annual.
  • Accrual Type is set to Fixed Amount.
  • The value for Accrual Units is greater than zero.
  • The Partial Period Prorate checkbox is selected.
  • The First Year Prorate checkbox is selected.
  • Years that have been worked is greater than 1.
