| When a purchase order has multiple lines and the total of the Quantity for all lines is negative, Sparkrock 365 does not display the purchase order on the Purchase Receiving page. For example, if a purchase order has 3 lines, and 2 of the lines have a quantity of 1, and the third line has a quantity of -3, Sparkrock 365 does not display the purchase order on the Purchase Receiving page because the total quantity is -1. Sparkrock 365 requires updates so that the purchase order appears on the Purchase Receiving page even when the total quantity is negative. When you open the purchase order from the Purchase Receiving page, Sparkrock 365 must display only the lines that have a positive value for Quantity. |
