Periodically, Sparkrock may publish maintenance updates between releases. This maintenance update replaces previously released updates. All maintenance updates are cumulative.

Finance and Procurement

| When there are two vendors with the same name and one of the vendors has Blocked set to All on the Vendor Card page, and then you try to create a purchase requisition for the non-blocked vendor, Sparkrock 365 displays an unnecessary error. |
HR Management

| When the SRW Process Abs. Registration job is run, Sparkrock 365 is reopening approved future dated absence requests for which there is a sufficient balance. This issue occurs when on the respective Cause of Absence Card page, Prevent Negative Balances is turned on. To prevent this issue, Sparkrock 365 requires changes so that when the cause of absence has Calculated Accrual set to Do not Calculate, Sparkrock 365 is to not calculate future balances. |

| On the Find entries page, when you choose Show Related Entries, instead of displaying related entries, Sparkrock 365 opens the Attached Documents page and displays attachment records that are not related. |

| When you make changes to the Reports To Hierarchy page, Sparkrock 365 does not save the changes. |

On the Approval Group page, even though the Type is set to Finance, you can select Match on Location. Sparkrock 365 only supports the Match on Location setting when the Type is set to HR. To resolve this issue, Sparkrock 365 must be updated to prevent a user from selecting the Match on Location checkbox when the Type is set to Finance. Alternatively, when all the following conditions exist, Sparkrock 365 must issue a warning that indicates match on location is not supported for finance approval workflows:

| Sparkrock 365 requires the capability for you to update the return assignment when processing a leave change HR request. For more information, see Update a return assignment when you process a leave change HR request. |
