View mySparkrock Users and User Profiles for a Reporting and Analytics Report

To eliminate the need to support multiple financial analysis solutions, Sparkrock plans to retire the Reporting and Analytics extension in 2025. Sparkrock will communicate more details regarding timing as soon as that information becomes available. Sparkrock recommends that you start using the Financial Analysis extension before 2025. On the Reporting and Analytics Reports page for users who do not have the Finance Department Manager or HR Department Manager roles, the Reporting and Analytics Details FactBox displays a count of mySparkrock users and mySparkrock user profiles that have access to a reporting and analytics report. To see the details of the count, you can select the links in the FactBox.
To view mySparkrock users and user profiles for a reporting and analytics report
Choose
, enter reporting and analytics reports, and then choose the related link.The Reporting and Analytics Reports page opens.
Select the reporting and analytics report for which you want to view a count of mySparkrock users and mySparkrock user profiles.
The Reporting and Analytics Details FactBox displays a count of mySparkrock users and mySparkrock user profiles for the selected report.
(Optional) To view the details of the counts of mySparkrock users or mySparkrock user profiles, in the Reporting and Analytics Details FactBox, select the links that appears for the respective values.
Depending on the link that was selected, the mySparkrock User Reports or mySparkrock Profile Reports page opens.
