View the Grievance Dashboard
The Grievance Dashboard provides the capability to view a snapshot of the grievance statistics for your organization. The statistics that are provided can help you to determine the current status for grievances filed, so that the proper action can be taken on those complaints that are yet to be resolved. The dashboard also provides critical year to date statistics that you can use to improve internal processes to expedite claims and prevent costly filings.
To view the grievance dashboard
Choose , enter grievance dashboard, and then choose the related link.
The Grievance Dashboard page opens.
To view statistics for a different date, in Date, specify the date for which you want to view the respective grievance data.
To filter the data by a union, in Union Code Filter, specify the code that represents the union by which you want to filter.
To drill down to the details, select the link that appears for the number to which you want to drill down.
For example, to view the details for Grievances Filed Last Month, select the link that appears for the number.
The View - Grievances page opens.
To return to the Grievance Dashboard page, choose Close.
