View Absence Payout details for an Employee Absence
Depending on your environment setup, when you process or approve an absence payout request, Sparkrock 365 creates the respective employee absence records that are necessary for the absence payout to be included in payroll processing.
On the Employee Absences page, absence payout records have a Source Type of Payout.
To view absence payout details for an employee absence
Choose , enter employees, and then choose the related link.
The Employees page opens.
Select the employee for which you want to view absence payout details, and then on the action bar, choose Manage > View.
The Employee Card page opens.
On the action bar, choose Home > Absences.
The Employee Absences page opens.
To filter the list to only display absence payout records, in Search, specify payout.
